PROJECT SCOPE: We will create a high-impact résumé (or other document), directed toward your current target. The résumé will include appropriate keywords and accomplishments related toward your target. We will use information provided by you (worksheets, job ads, prior documents, email) and elicited during the phone consultation.

PHONE CONSULTATION:  Résumé projects include one in-depth phone consultation about 30 to 60 minutes in length (slightly longer for Executives).  We will review your submitted information and prepare feedback and questions for the session. We count on you as the “subject matter expert” throughout the project. Phone time is scheduled upon receipt of the completed worksheets. LinkedIn projects include a shorter phone consultation, typically 20 to 30 minutes (slightly longer for Executives), unless the information was previously garnered from a resume consultation.

REVISIONS: Please review documents closely and send any revisions via email. Comments are requested using “track changes,” or “comment bubbles,” or another color right on the document within 7 days of receipt. Up to 2 rounds of revisions (based on original information) are part of the project. Note: If there is extensive “new” information and/or an additional phone consult is required (30+ minutes), an hourly consultation fee will be charged (in 30 minute increments).  There are no fees for additional “proofing” corrections up to project completion.

FINAL PRODUCTS / TECHNICAL FILES:  Final résumés are produced in 3 formats – Microsoft Word, pdf, and plain text / ASCII.  Cover letters are produced in Word only. Linkedin Profiles are provided as a Word document only and created for you to “copy and paste” into the live site. While it is rare, technical issues may arise. We will help if we can but please note that anything not easily resolved will need to be handled at your end with the help of a knowledgeable technical professional.

PROJECT TIMELINE: The 1st proof will be emailed in 5 to 10 business days (delivery date will be given during the call). Your comments are requested within 7 days from receipt. We ask for your help in keeping to time frames so that we can make adjustments while the material is fresh. All projects must be complete within 30 days of 1st proof.  Any change requests AFTER 30 days will incur a review fee based on the current hourly charge.  Once you are sent the final copy, any typos, errors, omissions, etc. are the client’s sole responsibility.

PAYMENT & REFUND POLICIES: Payment is accepted by major credit card or PayPal account by clicking on the agreed upon link and / or in response to a PayPal invoice sent to you. Your payment indicates full authorization to proceed with work and an understanding that fees for services are not refundable once work commences on the project. Payment is due in full prior to any project.

RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION: If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, we appreciate the courtesy of 24 business hours notice. If you cancel PRIOR to the consultation, funds can be applied to a rescheduled appointment (within 90 days) or refunded MINUS a nonrefundable $75 fee to cover proprietary worksheets, administrative time, and preparation time.
